LA3 GAMES

Terms of Service

Effective date: November 4, 2026

1. Publisher and covered games

These Terms govern your use of games published by LA3 Games, including LA3 Bowling, LA3 Mini Golf, Hand & Foot, and Siege of Ruin, together with their updates. They also apply to future LA3 Games titles that expressly link to these Terms. A game may have additional terms disclosed before you use the relevant feature. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.

The publisher and contracting party is Alexander Tessier doing business as LA3 Games, a sole proprietorship in Massachusetts, United States.

2. Agreement and eligibility

Please read these Terms before playing. Where acceptance is requested, accepting these Terms forms an agreement with the publisher. If you do not agree, do not use the game. These Terms do not themselves authorize charges or replace any consent required by law.

Follow each game's published age guidance and applicable laws. If you are not legally able to enter into this agreement yourself, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to it on your behalf. Purchases require authorization from the account holder and any legally required parental permission. A content rating does not by itself establish legal capacity to enter a contract.

3. Permission to play and ownership

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to install and play an authorized copy for personal entertainment. We and our licensors retain ownership of the games, code, artwork, music, names, and other protected content.

You may not sell or redistribute unauthorized copies, bypass purchase or security controls, use cheats to harm other players or services, or reverse engineer a game except where applicable law permits it. These Terms do not restrict rights that cannot legally be restricted.

4. Gameplay and fair conduct

Features vary by title and version. Follow the rules displayed in the game. Do not exploit bugs to obtain unauthorized purchases or rewards, disrupt multiplayer sessions, impersonate others, harass players, or use games unlawfully. Please report technical problems through the support contact above.

Where multiplayer or local-network play is available, it may require compatible devices, game versions, and network settings. We do not promise that every game supports multiplayer, online accounts, or cloud saves. In-game scores, cards, coins, and rewards have no cash redemption value, and we do not offer real-money wagering through these games.

5. Prices, purchases, and virtual items

Some games are free to download and offer optional purchases. The purchase screen identifies the item, price, currency, and applicable purchase conditions before payment. Google Play purchases are processed under Google's payment terms and applicable law. We do not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play.

Virtual currency, cosmetics, equipment, unlocks, and other digital items provide rights to use the described content within the relevant game; they do not give ownership of the game or a right to cash out. They cannot be transferred between games, sold outside the game, or redeemed for money unless expressly offered by us or required by law. Consumable items are used up through gameplay. Any expiry or duration must be disclosed before acquisition.

Purchases apply to the game and entitlement described at checkout. They do not automatically unlock content in other LA3 Games titles. Do not assume cross-device access or restoration unless the game or listing confirms support. Contact us with your Google Play order reference if a paid item is missing; never send passwords or full payment-card numbers.

6. Advertisements and optional rewards

Games may show advertisements through third-party providers, including Google AdMob where used. Ad availability varies by region, connection, and provider. Rewarded advertisements are optional; the game displays the reward and any conditions before you choose to watch. An interrupted or unverified advertisement may not deliver a reward. Contact support if a completed advertisement fails to provide the advertised reward.

An ad removal purchase removes only the advertising described in its purchase screen. For example, a purchase described as “Remove wave ads” in Siege of Ruin removes automatic wave advertisements; optional rewarded advertisements remain available. It does not automatically grant rewarded benefits. Other titles follow their own purchase descriptions. Temporary ad-free rewards last for the disclosed period and cover the disclosed ad types.

7. Refunds and consumer rights

For Google Play purchases, you may request a refund through Google Play or contact us for help. Eligibility depends on the circumstances, Google's applicable policies, and your legal rights. See https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. You retain applicable remedies for missing, faulty, or misdescribed digital content.

If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you retain applicable rights concerning conformity, remedies, and cancellation. Where the law provides a withdrawal period for digital content, loss of that right requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgment, and confirmation. Merely accepting these Terms does not waive that right. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Privacy and third-party services

The applicable game's Privacy Policy explains personal-data practices, advertising providers, analytics where used, and available privacy choices. These Terms are not a substitute for that policy or for any required consent.

Privacy policies:

Google Play, advertising networks, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. This does not limit our responsibility for obligations we owe you under applicable law.

9. Devices, saves, and updates

Check the store listing for supported devices, operating systems, connectivity requirements, and available features. Performance can vary by device. Internet access may be required for purchases, advertisements, or specific connected features; your carrier may charge for data.

Where progress is stored locally, uninstalling, clearing application data, resetting a device, or changing devices may remove it. Cloud backup and transfer are available only where expressly supported. Contact us about missing purchases or progress; we cannot promise recovery of every local save.

We may provide fixes, security updates, balance adjustments, and new content. We will provide updates required by applicable law. We will not use updates to avoid obligations relating to paid content. Material changes affecting purchased content or continuing services remain subject to applicable notice, consent, termination, and refund rights.

10. Availability and enforcement

We aim to keep the games usable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If we discontinue a game or a material paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and any remedy required by law.

Where technically possible, we may restrict access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms. Restrictions will be proportionate; we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue when appropriate, except where urgent action is needed for security or legal reasons. You may contact support to challenge a restriction. Paid-content and refund rights remain subject to law. You may stop playing and uninstall a game at any time.

11. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. We remain responsible where the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where liability cannot be limited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Consumers retain all mandatory statutory guarantees and remedies.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms for changes in our games, business, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date and give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the game, website, or another appropriate channel. We will request fresh agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or apply to disputes that arose before the change. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the affected game, without losing remedies available under applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

Massachusetts law governs these Terms, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, you retain the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence where applicable, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so we can try to resolve it. Doing so is not a condition of exercising your legal rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
