LA3 Mini Golf Privacy Policy

This policy covers LA3 Mini Golf, including testing releases, advertisements, optional purchases and support. The developer is LA3 Games. Privacy contact: la3games@hotmail.com.
Game information stored on your device
Your coin balance, course unlocks, cosmetic ownership, scores, settings and purchase-delivery records are stored locally on your device. The game does not provide LA3 player accounts, cloud saves, online leaderboards or an online multiplayer service. Game saves are not uploaded to an LA3 server. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove progress and delivered coin balances, subject to Android device backup behavior.
Advertisements and Google AdMob
The Android game includes Google's AdMob Mobile Ads SDK for between-hole advertisements and optional rewarded videos. Testing releases may use sample advertisements. Sample ads do not mean all SDK data processing is disabled. Live advertisements and purchases may be unavailable in testing releases.
Google's advertising SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app interactions and diagnostic information. Google and its advertising partners use this information for advertising delivery and measurement, analytics, fraud prevention and service operation. The game does not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Advertising depends on connectivity, availability, region, device settings and privacy choices. Advertising privacy choices
In releases configured for live ads, the game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to check consent requirements and display available consent forms before requesting ads. Available advertising privacy options can be opened from the game's Settings or Shop. Sample-ad testing releases may not display the publisher's live consent messages. You can also manage advertising identifiers and privacy settings through Android and Google account controls.
Declining optional consent does not prevent gameplay or earning coins through play. Depending on your choices and region, advertisements may be limited or unavailable. Receiving a rewarded-ad bonus requires completing an available optional advertisement.
Google Play purchases
Where enabled, Google Play processes purchases of coin packs and the Clubhouse Pass. LA3 Games does not receive your payment-card number. The game processes product IDs, signed receipts, purchase tokens and ownership information to verify purchases, deliver items, restore eligible pass ownership and prevent duplicate delivery. Google processes payment and account information under its own policies.
The Clubhouse Pass removes between-hole advertisements; rewarded videos remain optional. Its initial 1,000-coin bonus is not paid again when an already-acknowledged purchase is restored. Consumed coin packs, delivered balances and spent coins are not recoverable through purchase restoration after app-data clearing or reinstallation. There is no LA3 cloud balance or cross-device coin synchronization.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. We use this information to respond, investigate issues and maintain relevant support records. Our email provider processes correspondence. Please do not send card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not sell information you send us in support messages.
Retention, deletion and security
Local progress and purchase-delivery records remain until removed from app storage, subject to device backups. You can remove local information through Android Settings > Apps > LA3 Mini Golf > Storage > Clear storage, or by uninstalling. These actions can remove earned and purchased coins. Because the game does not create LA3 player accounts, there is no LA3 player account to delete.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond to inquiries, keep relevant records and meet legal obligations. To request deletion of information you emailed us, contact la3games@hotmail.com. Google independently retains advertising and payment-service records under its retention policies; use Google's privacy controls for those records. We cannot directly delete Google's independent records.
The game checks purchase receipt signatures and stores delivery records locally to reduce duplicate grants. Google service connections use the security mechanisms supplied by Google's SDKs. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure.
Parents and guardians
Google Play parental controls can help manage purchases. If you believe a child has sent personal information to LA3 Games through support, contact us to request deletion. This policy does not replace Google Play audience settings, parental controls or region-specific consent requirements.
Updates and contact
