LA3 Hand & Foot Privacy Policy

Local game information
Your saved match, scores, personal bests, game options and audio settings stay in app storage on your device. The game has no LA3 player accounts, cloud saves, online multiplayer or online leaderboard. LA3 Games does not receive your hand, foot, match history or personal bests through a game server. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes these local records.
Advertising and data collected by Google
The Android game uses Google AdMob to show interstitial advertisements after rounds, when leaving the scorecard. It does not interrupt an active turn with ads. Ads require an internet connection and may be unavailable. Test releases may show Google test advertisements; test ads do not mean SDK data processing is disabled.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app interactions such as launches, taps and ad views, diagnostic and performance information, and device or other identifiers such as Android advertising ID and app set ID. Google uses this data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. The game does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions, and has no in-app purchases in this release.

Consent and privacy choices
The game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to check consent requirements at launch and display configured consent messages where required before requesting ads. Settings includes Privacy Choices to reopen the available privacy form in regions where Google requires that option. Your region, device settings and choices can affect which ads are available. Declining optional consent does not block gameplay. You can also reset or delete advertising identifiers through Android’s advertising privacy controls.
Voice announcements and sounds
Optional announcements use an installed offline English text-to-speech voice on your device. The game does not record your voice or request microphone access. If an offline voice is unavailable, text announcements remain available.
Support correspondence
If you email LA3 Games, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate issues and keep relevant support records. Our email provider processes this correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information. We do not sell support correspondence.
Retention, deletion and security
Remove local game information through Android Settings > Apps > LA3 Hand & Foot > Storage > Clear storage, or by uninstalling. This permanently removes saved matches and personal bests. There is no LA3 player account to delete.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to address inquiries, maintain relevant records and meet legal obligations. Request deletion of information you emailed us at la3games@hotmail.com. We cannot directly delete Google’s independently held advertising records; use Google’s privacy controls and see its retention information.
Google Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure.
Children and changes to this policy
If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support, contact us to request deletion. This policy does not replace the audience designation or parental controls shown in Google Play. We may update this policy when features or data practices change; the effective date above identifies the current notice.
