LA3 Bowling Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LA3 Games handles information when you use LA3 Bowling, including internal testing releases, advertisements, optional purchases, and support. Privacy contact: la3games@hotmail.com.
Game information on your device
The game stores settings, player names you enter, scores, career progress, unlocks, and purchase entitlement information locally on your device. LA3 Bowling does not require a game account and does not upload this game progress to an LA3 Games server. Device or operating system backup services may retain or restore local app data according to your settings.
Advertisements and Google AdMob
LA3 Bowling uses Google AdMob to load and show advertisements. Google's advertising SDK may collect and share your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, and diagnostic information. Google and its advertising partners use this information to deliver and measure advertising, analyze service performance, and prevent fraud and abuse. The game does not request precise GPS location.
Advertising behavior can depend on your region, consent choices, device settings, and whether a release uses test advertisements. Test advertisements do not mean that all SDK processing is disabled. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Optional Remove Ads purchases
Google Play handles the optional one-time Remove Ads purchase and payment processing. The game communicates with Google Play to check product availability, complete and acknowledge purchases, and restore ownership. This can involve the product identifier, purchase token, and purchase or ownership status. LA3 Games does not receive your payment card details.
Remove Ads disables the game's full-screen advertisements and replaces sponsored alley placements with game artwork and scores. Optional sponsored displays can be enabled again in Settings. Purchasing Remove Ads does not erase information already processed by Google, and advertising services may still initialize.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you send. We use them to answer your request and investigate problems. Our email provider processes those messages. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Sharing and security
Google and its advertising partners process advertising data, Google Play processes purchase information, and our email provider processes support correspondence. We may disclose support information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent abuse. We do not sell support messages.
Google's advertising SDK encrypts data in transit using TLS. Local data relies on your device's app storage protections. No storage or transmission method provides an absolute security guarantee.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it, subject to any device backups. These actions can remove your saved progress. Google Play may retain purchase records and can restore eligible purchases after reinstallation. Google retains service data under its own retention policies.
We retain support correspondence as needed to handle requests, maintain relevant support records, and meet legal obligations. To request deletion of information you sent us, email la3games@hotmail.com. We cannot directly delete information held independently by Google; use Google's privacy and account controls for those requests.
Your choices and children
You can clear local app data in Android settings, manage advertising identifiers and ad preferences through Android and Google settings, and use available in-app advertising privacy options when offered. Google Play parental controls can help manage purchases. LA3 Bowling does not offer child accounts. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information can contact us to request its deletion.
